How to use this guide. These are general body measurements in inches. Because we work with multiple manufacturers, fit varies by style — always check the measurement table on the individual product page first. Where a product lists its own measurements, those take priority over this chart.

How to Measure

Bust — measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor.
Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button.
Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly 8 inches below the waist.
Inseam — measure from the top of the inner thigh down to the ankle.

Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over bare skin or thin clothing.

Fit Notes

Between sizes? Size up for woven and non-stretch fabrics; stay true to size for anything with elastane or spandex.
Bodycon and fitted styles run closer to the body. If you prefer a looser fit, size up.
Oversized, loose, and relaxed styles are cut with extra room already. Ordering your usual size is usually right.
Stretch amount is listed on some product pages — that number tells you how far the waistband gives beyond the flat measurement.

Fit Notes

Between sizes? Size up for woven shirts and non-stretch fabrics; stay true to size for knits and anything with spandex or elastane.
Matching sets are sized to the top. If your chest and waist land in different sizes, order to your chest measurement.
Drawstring waists give you several inches of adjustment, so the waist number is a starting point rather than a hard limit.
Relaxed and oversized cuts already include extra room — your usual size is normally right.
