When Will My Order Be Shipped

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

30-Day Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. All exchange requests must be submitted through our online portal using your order number and email address.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, and scents
- In their original condition with tags attached
- Returned with all original packaging
Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing will not be eligible.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Intimates / underwear / swimwear
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, hair accessories)
- Clearance or final-sale items
How to Start an Exchange
- Visit our Exchange & Returns Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to exchange and choose your desired replacement item or size.
- Print your prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).
- Ship the item back within 7 days of creating your exchange request.
U.S. Exchanges
For orders within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible exchanges. Replacement items are shipped out promptly once the original item is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or offer an appropriate resolution.
Processing Time
Once your exchange is received and approved, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Replacement items ship via standard shipping and follow our standard delivery timelines.
