Are these items true to size?
Most styles in our men's shoes collection follow U.S. standard sizing. For the best fit, check the Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.
How do I know which size to pick if I’m between sizes?
If you’re in between sizes, think about how you like your clothes to fit. Choose the smaller size for a more sculpted, fitted look and the larger size for a bit more comfort and room to move.
What is the quality of the fabrics like?
Every piece in our new arrivals is hand-selected with comfort, style, and durability in mind. We test for fabric feel, stitching quality, and color accuracy before anything goes live. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't make it to the site.
Will the colors look the same in real life?
Our photos are taken to show the truest possible color. Slight variations can happen due to screen brightness or device settings, but overall, what you see online is very close to what you receive.
Are the pieces see-through or sheer?
Most styles are lined or made from thicker fabric to reduce sheerness. If a style runs more sheer, we mention it in the product description so you can plan for nude or seamless undergarments.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days for most U.S. locations. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange items from this collection?

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item?
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us right away with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Is it safe to shop on Shop Netscape?
